WHAT’S IT LIKE TO BE A SALES MANAGER IN ICT WITH US?
You will lead and inspire a team of KA salespeople to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets and will be responsible for revenue assurance (e.g.: sales translation into revenue, as we have projects with various implementation timelines). As you are their role model, you should lead by example and have a hands-on approach. You will manage an active customer base alongside the account managers, with a strong focus on engaging new customers.
You will build, motivate, and develop the sales team. Performance management, constant feedback and addressing challenges will be some of your responsibilities to foster a motivated and goal-oriented team.
As customers’ champion you will integrate constant feedback in our customers’ journey to offer them a great client experience. Partnerships with major integrators on the market represent another area of interest for you.
Market trends and competition analysis together with account planning and revenue forecasting will allow you to adapt the sales strategy very quickly and achieve targets.
How do we picture you?
You should have more than 5 years’ sales management experience in B2B ICT within IT Integrators and with proven results in exceeding sales targets and building complex IT projects.
Key account management exposure is another requirement together with sales budgeting and financial understanding.
Client experience is one of your passions and you pose a strong network of executives within top companies across Romania.
Bachelor’s degree in technology or economics is preferred.
You are results driven, forward-thinking, efficient problem-solver and have a strategic mindset.
You thrive under pressure as you are a forward thinker, an efficient problem-solver with experience in change management.
Last but not least, you are fluent in English :)
