This role centers on developing our B2B e-Commerce Portal as it aims to revolutionize how enterprises interact, purchase, and manage their telecom and IT services. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Owner to drive the growth and success of our B2B e-Commerce Platform.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As the Product Owner for our B2B e-Commerce Portal, you will be at the heart of our digital transformation journey. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver a world-class e-Commerce experience tailored to our enterprise customers. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B e-Commerce dynamics, telecom and IT services, and a passion for creating customer-centric digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the B2B e-Commerce Portal by ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
Lead a project team: Oversee as project owner the delivery of the new B2B platform (agile or iterative waterfall approach – to be decided), Define and refine the business requirements, prioritize the project execution, with support from project management and the project team (including external partners).
B2B e-Commerce Portal Management: Own and further evolve GTS new B2B e-Commerce platform, enabling both new and existing customers to seamlessly purchase and manage GTS cloud, telecom and security services and products. Ensure an intuitive, high-performing digital sales channel that enhances customer engagement and maximizes revenue.
Optimize Customer Journeys: Design and continuously refine an optimized buying and service administration experience within the B2B portal, driving efficiency and measurable business impact.
Accelerate Digital Sales: Leverage deep e-Commerce expertise (preferably in a B2B model) to drive substantial growth in online sales. Work together with the Product management team to redesign products and services to allow a self-service purchasing process for most of the solutions and services delivered by GTS.
Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Implement strategies to improve key customer success metrics, such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), by streamlining interactions and support within the digital platform.
Streamline Business Operations: Work together with Sales Support and delivery teams to enhance the pre-sales (including new customers’ onboarding), sales and post-sale processes, ensuring efficient workflows that support digital sales and customer self-service capabilities, with the aim of a fully end-to-end automated process.

How do we picture you?
B2B e-Commerce & Digital Sales Platforms – Relevant experience with platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce (Magento), or custom-built portals preferably used for delivering B2B IT products and solutions (e.g. Cloud services). At least one B2B (preferably) or B2C platform delivered in production, with clear business impact and measurable outcomes.
Cloud & Security Services Knowledge – Understanding of cloud solutions, SaaS subscription models, and security services to optimize the buying and management experience.
Data & Analytics – Knowledge in using / designing BI report for sales performance tracking to drive data-driven decisions.
Project Management – Experience with cross-functional team coordination in Agile and / or other iterative project management delivery frameworks, while driving measurable business results.
UX/UI & Customer Experience Optimization – Knowledge of B2B user experience design, personalization, and self-service customer portals (e.g. AWS, Azure or GCP cloud services web stores)
Compliance – GDPR and other regulations with impact the area of e-Commerce solutions
Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field.
Sales & Performance Growth: Proven ability to drive online sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
Execution & Prioritization: Skilled in defining customer segment strategies, designing targeted offers, and optimizing digital channels for maximum impact.
Communication & Influence: Excellent communicator and leader with a results-driven mindset, ensuring timely project execution and goal achievement
