How would it be like to work as an ICT KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER with us?
You will be the voice, face, and heart of GTS for the customers in your portfolio, acting as a trusted IT consultant and actively in attracting new clients
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Drive Account Strategy and Growth
- Develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts in the ICT sector, aligning with the overall company sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and assess client needs, customizing ICT solutions to drive client satisfaction and maximize account potential.
Build and Nurture Client Relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients, establishing long-term partnerships and trust.
- Engage regularly with client stakeholders and decision-makers to understand their business challenges and align our ICT solutions to help achieve their objectives.
Increase Revenue and Opportunities
- Proactively identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities, introducing clients to additional products or services that add value to their business.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close sales, all while demonstrating the ROI of our ICT solutions.
Stay Informed on Industry Trends and Innovations
- Keep a pulse on emerging ICT trends, technologies, and market dynamics that could impact clients’ businesses or enhance our service offerings.
- Continuously learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of our ICT solutions and competitor offerings to confidently advise clients and win new business.
How do we picture you?
You have deep sales experience in IT companies or telecommunications, and you know the market well, by possessing a strong network of executives within top industries (energy, finance, retail, utilities, IT or public) across Romania.
You have technical knowledge (with or without higher designated education) and you easily can understand how IT large and complex deals can be made.
You have either experience or passion (or both…) for working with large customers. You are sociable, you are a good listener, and you can quickly understand how to gain influence to win a complex deal.
You are a curious person. You like the idea that one can always be better only by engaging in a process of continuous learning, as the world in which we work becomes more and more complex.
You have a B category driver’s license. This is important, because you will receive a company car.
Last but not least, you are fluent in English :)
